Summer Job / Internship for Students – Baseball & Softball Camp (Paid) | Danville

About the role

This is a 1-week paid internship at San Francisco Giants Baseball & Softball Camps in Danville, CA (Osage Park) from June 8–12, 2026. It's ideal for high school students (ages 16+) and college students or recent graduates interested in sports, education, coaching, or working with kids.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily baseball and softball drills and activities
• Helping supervise campers and ensure a safe environment
• Aiding in setup and breakdown of equipment
• Encouraging campers and helping them stay engaged
• Learning how to teach basic baseball/softball fundamentals
• Observing and developing coaching and leadership techniques

Who This Is For

• High school students (ages 16+)
• College students or recent graduates
• Students interested in sports, education, coaching, or working with kids
• Athletes or students with baseball/softball experience (preferred, not required)

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• An interest in working with children ages 4–13
• The ability to take direction and be part of a team
• Reliability and punctuality
• A willingness to be active and outdoors for most of the day

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Approximately 8-hour camp days
• June 8 – June 12, 2026 (1-week commitment)
• With options to add more locations throughout the summer
