This Richmond-based internship provides an exciting opportunity to spend 8 weeks gaining valuable insight, knowledge & skills in the world of Excess & Surplus insurance. You will have the opportunity to work across Hamilton Select's various teams and departments including Underwriting, Claims & Operations. This internship would ideally suit junior year university students, and/or those who might be looking for entry level opportunities in the coming year and would benefit from an introduction to the insurance industry. Hamilton Select is our US excess and surplus lines insurer based in Richmond, Virginia underwriting hard-to-place accounts in the small and middle-market space through an appointed wholesale broker network.
