About the role
This is not a shadowing program. You'll join a service line team as a working member of it — contributing to live assignments, sitting in on client conversations, and owning real deliverables from your first weeks. Along the way you'll build genuine fluency in commercial real estate: how deals get done, how properties are valued and financed, how markets move, and how the industry's terminology, processes, and regulations actually work in practice. You'll leave with experience worth bringing back to your campus, your classmates, and your organizations.
