About the role

Our Summer Internship Program offers hands-on exposure to the dynamic world of Construction, Insurance, and Surety. You’ll start with an introduction to our culture and business units, then work directly on projects with professionals in Insurance, Marketing, and Accounting/Finance. Along the way, you’ll expand your industry knowledge, build practical skills, and form connections that support your career growth.

What we are looking for

• Majors: Risk Management & Insurance or related business disciplines
• GPA: Minimum 3.3 (preferred)
• Education: Rising juniors and seniors (preferred)
• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
