Summer Camp Creators & Instructors - Kids On Campus

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and creative individuals to join our Kids on Campus team as Camp Instructors for the summer of 2026. Our dynamic campus culture and commitment to serving students make Bucks County Community College a wonderful place to work.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead unique summer camps for ages 5-15
• Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for one full week
• Work with Kids on Campus staff and campers' parents
• Manage classroom-like environments for campers
• Offer a variety of camps including STEAM, outdoor, sports, and themed camps

Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• Experience working with children
• Experience with classroom management and conflict resolution
• Ability to communicate with staff and parents
• Prefer a degree in education or relevant expertise
• Must obtain background checks and training before starting

Qualifications

• Passionate about creating memorable experiences for kids
• Ability to design and implement a variety of camps
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate multiple weeks of camp

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage a classroom environment
• Knowledge of various educational subjects
• Flexibility to adapt to different age groups

Pay

$30.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday 8:00 am – 3:45 pm, Tuesday – Friday 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
