Summer Associate (Summer 2027)
About the role
The Summer Associate Program offers a comprehensive, hands‑on introduction to the construction industry. As a summer associate you will be fully embedded with a team on a jobsite or in a department, gaining experience across project management, field management, project development, and business operations. You will also become an integrated member of the Atkinson community through training, development opportunities, social events, jobsite tours, and formal training sessions led by Atkinson experts. The program includes a Capstone Project—working with a manager to define professional objectives, monitor development, and present a final reflection—and the “Passport Experience,” a curated series of activities that showcase the breadth of Atkinson’s business and help you build meaningful connections. The full‑time, immersive program runs for 10–12 weeks, beginning in mid‑May or early June.
