Summer Analyst (Intern), Entrepreneur Selection | Undergraduate - Summer 2027

About the Role
Endeavor’s mission of building entrepreneurial ecosystems begins with identifying and selecting the fastest‑growing, most aspirational founders and businesses. The Entrepreneur Selection team oversees Endeavor’s worldwide pipeline strategy and evaluates candidate entrepreneurs at the final stages of the selection journey. As a Summer Analyst you will support your manager in analyzing scale‑up companies, prepare an in‑depth written profile for at least one final‑stage candidate, and work on strategic and operational projects while gaining exposure to Endeavor’s global markets.
Responsibilities
- Execute business analysis and profile development: build a high‑quality, polished business profile for at least one candidate at the International Selection Panel stage, including industry research, founder interviews, and note‑taking.
- Support ongoing strategic projects: assist your manager on initiatives spanning team operations, global pipeline, and selection excellence.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders: plug into day‑to‑day operations of the Entrepreneur Selection team, help execute monthly International Selection Panels, and build relationships with Endeavor’s worldwide teams while diligencing candidate businesses.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program leading to a degree, certificate, or diploma.
- Rising senior (graduating Fall 2027 or Spring 2028).
- Learning‑ and collaborative‑mindset; proactive in seeking guidance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, meet deadlines, and communicate workload.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States for 2027.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, emerging markets, or venture capital (through coursework, internships, etc.).
- Relevant internship or extracurricular experience in startups, scale‑ups, venture capital, finance, or consulting.
- Proficient data‑analysis skills (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Replit, Gemini) to automate processes, analyze data, or build tools.
Skills and Attributes
- Quick learner with strong curiosity about businesses and global markets.
- Effective written and verbal communication; ability to produce clear, concise, objective writing and edit others’ arguments.
- Strong attention to detail; ownership of deliverables shared with senior stakeholders.
- Self‑driven organizational skills; proactive time management in a deadline‑driven environment.

Pay
New York State minimum wage ($17 /hr), up to 40 hours per week.
Schedule
Program duration: June 7 – August 13 2027 (10 weeks). Hybrid format in New York City with three days per week on‑site at Endeavor Global’s headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.
