We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes Overview (company description) maybe "About the role"? Not exactly. There's "Job Description" with bullet points under "What you will do – ..." which are responsibilities. There's "Qualifications" section. There's "Additional Information" with pay rate ranges. There's no explicit Benefits or Schedule. So we should include sections: About the role? Could be overview of role? The overview is about company, not role. Could treat as "About the role" maybe not needed. But we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. The overview is about Baker Tilly, not role. Might be considered "About the role"? Not exactly. Safer to include "Responsibilities" (the What you will do bullets). Include "Qualifications" (the Successful candidates will have: list). Include "Pay" (the pay rate ranges). Possibly also "About the role" could be omitted. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEO, unsolicited resumes, recruitment agency, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines. Also remove "Please discuss the work location status..." etc. Also remove "Visit bakertilly.com or join the conversation..." etc. Also remove "Baker Tilly is an equal opportunity..." etc. Also remove "Any unsolicited resumes..." etc. Also remove "In order to be an authorized recruitment agency..." etc. We need to keep the overview description? It's about company; maybe we can include as a short paragraph under a heading like "About the role"? But it's not about role. Could we include a section "About Baker Tilly"? Not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We cannot add other headings. So we must fit content into those headings. The overview about Baker Tilly could go under "About the role"? Might be a stretch but maybe acceptable as description of the role's context. However the instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive? It says use those for section headings. Likely we should only use those headings. So we need to map content to those. We have responsibilities (What you will do). Qualifications (Successful candidates will have). Pay (pay rate ranges). Possibly Skills could be derived from qualifications list (proficiency with Microsoft programs, etc.) but we already have qualifications. Could we split qualifications into Requirements and Skills? But we must not invent sections if no specific content. The qualifications list includes many items: enrollment, authorization, age, academic term, passion, willingness to travel, relevant experience, teamwork, time management, communication, interpersonal, relationship building, collaboration, problem solving, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability, proficiency with Microsoft programs. That's a mix of requirements and skills. Could separate into Requirements (eligibility, enrollment, authorization, age, academic term) and Skills (the rest). But we need to see if posting explicitly separates? It lists under "Qualifications Successful candidates will have:" then a list. No explicit separation. Safer to keep as one section "Qualifications". That's allowed. We also have "About the role" maybe we can put the overview of Baker Tilly and the role description summary (first paragraph after Job Description). The job description paragraph: "Baker Tilly, one of the fastest growing CPA advisory firms in the nation, has an exciting opportunity for Credits & Incentives Interns join our growing Specialty Tax practice. As part of our Credits & Incentives team, you will work with clients across a variety of industries to identify and maximize federal and state tax incentives while delivering innovative, data-driven solutions that create value." That's descriptive of the role. Could go under About the role. Thus sections: About the role (paragraph), Responsibilities (list of What you will do bullet points), Qualifications (list), Pay (pay rate ranges). No Benefits, Schedule, Skills, Requirements. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information: The overview about Baker Tilly (coast-to-coast, global advantage, etc.) Should we include that? It's substantive about company. If we put under About the role, we must include it. The About the role section should contain that overview plus the role summary paragraph. Ensure we don't lose any detail. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, unsolicited resumes, recruitment agency, etc. Also remove "The pay rate ranges for this job position are listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees." This is somewhat boilerplate but includes pay rate ranges. We need to keep the pay rate ranges (In California: $27.50 to $109.20; national: $25.00 to $84.00). The preceding sentences are generic; we could keep them as part of Pay section? They are not specific numbers but they are part of pay info. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we should keep that sentence as it's part of pay info. However it's somewhat generic but still substantive. We'll keep it. We also need to keep "Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees." That's benefits mention but not specific. Since we are not creating a Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state that they offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, but not specifics. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state they offer a benefits package, but not details. Should we create a Benefits section? It says they offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. That is a statement about benefits, albeit vague. The instruction says never create Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state they offer a benefits package, so we could include a Benefits section with that statement. However we also have a Pay section. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we combine Pay and Benefits? But we have separate headings allowed. Could we include Benefits with that statement? It's thin but it's stated. Might be okay. However we also have no other benefits details. Might be better to omit Benefits section because it's just a generic statement and we prefer few substantive sections. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could skip Benefits. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay. Now format. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll produce:
