Summer 2027 - Sales Application Intern
About the Role
The Sales Applications Department has an exciting summer internship opening at our headquarters in Kirkland, WA. This team plays a key role in supporting truck sales specification processes and serves as a cross-functional link between Engineering, Marketing, Pricing, IT, and Sales.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Applications team with ongoing projects, process improvements, and daily business needs
- Assist with documenting business processes, workflows, CRM-related processes, and development or support practices
- Update and maintain internal documentation and intranet content to ensure information is accurate, current, and accessible
- Research opportunities to improve application usability, user experience, and process efficiency
- Assist in identifying business requirements and help coordinate action items for project-related work
- Help analyze current workflows and recommend improvements to support consistency, quality, and efficiency
- Provide general support for team initiatives related to sales applications, internal tools, and process standardization
Skills
- Strong PC skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and eager to learn

Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with a focus in Marketing, Operations, or other related fields. Junior or senior standing preferred.

Pay
The salary range for internship positions is $25 an hour for undergraduate students and $30 an hour for graduate students.
