Sterling Seacrest Pritchard’s 10-week internship program offers students comprehensive experience and professional development within the insurance brokerage industry.
Responsibilities
- Participate in onboarding and training similar to new hires
- Work alongside experienced professionals
- Contribute to meaningful projects that enhance industry knowledge and practical skills
- Gain exposure to various business areas
- Expand professional networks
- Engage in development sessions covering leadership, career readiness, public speaking, and personal finance
- Develop collaboration, critical thinking, and real-world problem-solving skills
- Present key projects and accomplishments to company leadership at the program's conclusion
Qualifications
Applicants should be currently enrolled in a college or university, majoring in business, finance, economics, or a related field. Strong academic performance is preferred, along with demonstrated interest in the insurance brokerage industry.
Benefits
Interns receive a stipend during the program, which includes free meals and access to company resources.
Pay
The stipend for the internship is $15 per hour.
Schedule
The internship runs from June 1st to August 31st, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
