About the role

As a Quality Assurance Intern, you'll learn alongside a high-performing team of technical professionals in analyzing and testing applications which allow us to carry out our important regulatory mission.

Responsibilities

  • Participating in Scrum meetings for development projects
  • Analyzing business requirements and design test plans
  • Executing test cases for new or existing systems
  • Identifying and logging defects

Requirements

  • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in information technology, business or a related major and sophomore standing or above
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
  • Ability to work in NFA's Chicago office full-time (beginning June 2027)
  • Effective teamwork skills
  • Alignment with NFA's values of approachability, trustworthiness, courtesy, and integrity
  • Strong sense of accountability and strategic thinking skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning

Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Microsoft DevOps a plus

Experience in finance a plus

Pay

$25/hour
