Create an impact by shaping the world of education! Amplify is seeking a people-centered and organizationally minded People Team Intern to join our team this summer and help us build an exceptional employee experience for the talented individuals who power our mission to deliver innovative educational products to educators, students, and families. This paid, remote 10-week internship offers the chance to make a real impact on products used by millions of students and teachers. If you're comfortable with people operations, organizational dynamics, and human resources principles, and you're genuinely curious about how a thriving workplace culture drives business outcomes, this could be a perfect fit for you. The ideal candidates will love supporting employees at every stage of their journey, bring a collaborative, ask-questions-first energy to your work, and feel excited to help build the inclusive, high-performing culture that moves the needle for K–12 learners. Though remote, interns will join a 2-day in-person experience at Amplify HQ in Brooklyn, NY. Throughout the program, interns will engage with Amplify's culture via product demos, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives, plus grow through a virtual speaker series featuring Amplify executives, additional product demos, and dedicated mentorship. While our summer intern roles are remote positions, interns must be authorized to work in the US, reside in the US for the internship's duration, and be available full-time for the entire program, June 7 – August 13, 2027.
