Summer 2027 Market Strategy and Engagement Internship

Your Responsibilities

• Receive one-on-one mentorship from a dedicated Performance Coach.
• Engage in talent development workshops focusing on key professional skills.
• Participate in Meet Your Leaders sessions with senior leadership.
• Build meaningful professional relationships through networking opportunities.
• Collaborate on various hands-on projects with the Market Strategy and Engagement team.
• Tackle real-world challenges with teams of 2-3 interns.
• Present findings and recommendations to Lockton leadership.
• Explore different specialty areas of the business through presentations and networking.

Experiential Learning

• Embedded within Lockton’s Market Strategy and Engagement team.
• Support carrier engagement, including development and distribution of carrier insights.
• Collaborate with internal industry/product leaders on carrier engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled college students scheduled to graduate December 2027 or May 2028.
• Student studying Insurance, Analytics, Risk, Finance, or other related fields.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
