Summer 2027 Management Trainee Intern
About the Role
If you’re looking to hit the ground running, the Enterprise Management Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. This role is located at 1020 N Anderson Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29730, or at one of the surrounding area branch locations. This is a full-time internship (40hr/wk) for 10-12 weeks with a compensation of $15.00/hr. Candidates must be available to start May 17, 2027.
Responsibilities
- Manage a fleet of vehicles
- Take care of customers
- Develop marketing strategies
- Build relationships with customers and coworkers
- Complete intern projects
- Engage in friendly competition with peers
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior enrolled full-time for the upcoming semester in a college or university, graduating between August 2027 - May 2028
- Must have three months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership
- 10-12 week commitment with availability to start from the 1st day of training on May 17, 2027
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol-related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
