About the role

Colossal is a breakthrough bioscience and genetic engineering company building radical new technologies to advance the field of genomics. We create disruptive technologies for extinct species restoration, critically endangered species protection, and the repopulation of critical ecosystems that support the continuation of life on Earth.

Internships for Summer 2027 may include roles in:

• Research & Development – Cell Engineering, Genome Engineering, Computational Biology, Bioengineering, Developmental Biology, Molecular Biology and related fields
• Animal Operations
• Corporate – Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing

Location

Internships will be based on-site in Dallas, TX. Housing is not provided, and remote opportunities are not available.

Eligibility

• Current university student in the United States who has completed at least 1 year of undergraduate studies
• Students who have already graduated prior to 2027 or will graduate in 2027 are not eligible
• U.S. work authorization is required without the need for company assistance in securing a visa

Timeline

• Applications for Summer 2027 internships close on Friday, February 26, 2027
• We do not begin interviewing until December or January
• Internships start in early June and conclude in August
