About the role

A summer internship at Geffen Mesher is designed to give you a head start in your career as a public accountant. Not only will you gain technical experience, but you will be provided with mentoring and coaching critical to building a successful career path.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to both tax and audit work
• Opportunity to work on a variety of engagements across tax and audit
• Participation in additional staff training
• Coaching and mentoring in the areas of networking and professional development
• Fun activities in Portland during the summer

Requirements

• Declared accounting major or intention to declare
• Interest in learning about and pursuing a career in public accounting
• Junior standing in college
