Summer 2027 Interns - Commercial Real Estate - National

About the Role

The Early Career Intern provides support through assignments within a line of business or division while gaining exposure to the broader organization. Interns integrate into the organization through day-to-day activities and project work, operating as team members on larger initiatives and working independently on smaller projects.

Responsible for risk management by openly exchanging ideas, elevating concerns, and adhering to policies and procedures. Accountable for delivering a positive customer experience and achieving results while managing risks.

Responsibilities

• Perform assignments and projects as determined by leadership.
• Utilize project management skills to manage and report on assignment and project status.
• Build a network of contacts within the assigned line of business or division and across the organization.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
• Complete assigned coursework and participate in self-learning.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current enrollment (or recent completion) in an accredited degree program.
• Strong academic record with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Relevant internships and/or co-op program experience preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service skills with the ability to respond to internal and/or external requests.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the capacity to learn additional software applications.
• Capable of managing own time to meet established deadlines.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative.

Pay

Total Base Pay Range: $43,680.00 – $67,700.00 USD Annual

The base salary for this position reflects the range for roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, experience, education, and geographic location.
