Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support in maintaining and organizing documentation related to policies, guidelines, and protocols.
- Perform assigned tasks with diligence and attention to detail, gradually taking on more complex responsibilities as skills develop.
- Support ongoing projects by conducting research, preparing materials, and contributing to team efforts.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and other relevant topics, compiling findings into reports or presentations.
- Work closely with different departments to understand their functions and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
- Observe and learn from experienced professionals, understanding the day-to-day operations and challenges of the industry.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
- Identify areas for improvement within existing processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
- Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
