Summer 2027 Intern-Web Content Support and Administration

About the role

With the implementation of a new Product Information Management (PIM) application, this internship supports the management, maintenance, and accuracy of product information shared both internally and externally. The role updates and maintains product content across PIM, PIM‑Hub, Momentive.com, and Samples.momentive.com, improving consistency, reducing duplicate updates, and enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to maintain and enrich product information, enabling seamless distribution across multiple channels and platforms.
• Manage the product information request queue.
• Learn and use Adobe AEM and Momentive PIM applications.
• Collaborate with Digital Product and Program Managers to ensure accurate and timely product updates.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E‑commerce, Business, Information Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Basic understanding of digital content formats (images, videos, documents) and their use in eCommerce platforms.
• Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and quality assurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with product data taxonomy, attribute mapping, and data transformation techniques.
• Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at the time of application and remain enrolled for at least one semester after the internship.
• Available 40 hours per week for a 10‑12‑week period between May and August.

Pay

Base Pay Range: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour. The exact salary is determined by factors including education, experience, skill set, and geography.
