Summer 2027 Internship in Warehouse Operations Management based in Los Angeles, CA. This role focuses on a project in one of the following areas: Inventory Analysis, Layout & Space Utilization, Order Picking Efficiency, Technology Integration, or Process Controls. The first three weeks involve hands-on warehouse training, followed by seven weeks of dedicated project work. Interns are paired with a manager, mentor, and a peer intern. Top performers may be invited back to participate in Keurig Dr Pepper’s Early Career Leadership Development Program.

About the Role

  • Experience assignments in Warehouse Operations, Fleet, Transportation, and Sales
  • Gain hands-on experience in Supply Chain and Sales Operations by leading projects and people
  • Work closely with experienced professionals for mentorship and career development
  • Cross-functional exposure to various departments to explore career opportunities in Operations

Internship Program Elements

  • Engage in innovative projects within a cross-functional team environment
  • Participate in meet-and-greets and lunch-and-learns with KDP executives and leaders
  • Receive professional development training (networking, skills development, presenting)
  • Partner with a mentor to expand business knowledge and build your network
  • Complete a project from start to finish and present findings to your team, department vice president, and other stakeholders

Schedule

  • Program runs from June 7 – August 13, 2027
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • In-person at the Los Angeles, CA facility

Pay

  • $28.00 per hour
  • Paid bi-weekly
  • $2,500 sign-on bonus, paid within 30 days of employment

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at an accredited college or university, in your junior year, with an expected graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028
  • Eligible majors: Engineering, Food Science, Operations/Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Organizational Leadership & Supervision, Business Management, or a related field
  • Available to work 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • Geographic mobility is highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, independently driven, and a self-starter
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Consumer packaged goods or beverage experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a cross-functional environment
  • Must be work-authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
