Summer 2027 Intern - Warehouse Operations Management (Indianapolis, IN)
About the Role
As a Summer 2027 Intern in Warehouse Operations Management at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in Indianapolis, IN, you will be assigned a project focused on one of the following areas: Inventory Analysis, Layout & Space Utilization, Order Picking Efficiency, Technology Integration, or Process Controls. The internship includes hands-on training in the warehouse during weeks 1-3, followed by dedicated project work in weeks 4-10. You will work with a manager, mentor, and a peer intern. Successful interns may be invited back to participate in KDP’s Early Career Leadership Development Program.
Responsibilities
- Experience various assignments in Warehouse Operations, Fleet, Transportation, and Sales
- Gain hands-on experience in Supply Chain and Sales Operations by leading projects and people
- Work closely with experienced professionals who will guide and mentor you throughout the internship
- Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments to explore career opportunities in Operations
- Participate in the KDP Intern Program, including:
- Engaging in innovative projects within a cross-functional team environment
- Attending meet-and-greets and lunch-and-learns with KDP executives and leaders
- Receiving professional development training (networking, skills development, presenting)
- Partnering with a mentor to enhance business knowledge and build your network
- Completing a project from start to finish and presenting findings to your team, department vice president, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at an accredited college or university, in your junior year, with an expected graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028
- Eligible majors: Engineering, Food Science, Operations/Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Organizational Leadership & Supervision, Business Management, or a related field
- Available to work 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
- Geographic mobility is highly preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and act as a self-starter
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Consumer packaged goods or beverage experience is a plus
- Demonstrated strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to multi-task in a cross-functional environment
- Permanent right to work in the United States
Schedule
The KDP 2027 Summer Internship Program runs from June 7 – August 13, 2027. The position is full-time (40 hours per week), in-person at the Indianapolis, IN facility, with hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Pay
- $28.00 per hour
- Paid bi-weekly
- $2,500 sign-on bonus, paid within 30 days of employment
