Summer 2027 Intern - Human Resources
Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in Burlington, MA is offering a Human Resources Summer 2027 Internship that provides hands-on experience across multiple HR disciplines, supporting initiatives to enhance the employee and candidate experience throughout the employee lifecycle. This role is aligned with the Coffee Operating Unit.
About the Role
As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain exposure to core HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Human Resource Business Partnership, Talent & Culture, and Compensation & Benefits. You will contribute to projects, programs, and day-to-day HR operations while supporting a variety of HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support a variety of Human Resources programs and initiatives across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnership, Talent & Culture, and Compensation & Benefits.
- Assist with recruiting, pre-boarding, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
- Coordinate communications with candidates, employees, managers, vendors, and cross-functional business partners.
- Support employee engagement, learning and development, culture-building activities, and HR events.
- Prepare presentations, reports, communications, training materials, and process documentation to support HR initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee and recruiting data within HR systems and assist with reporting and analysis.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement efforts that support organizational and business objectives.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Pay
- $28 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
- $2,500 sign-on bonus, paid within the first 30 days of employment.
Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Hybrid work arrangement.
- Program runs from June 7th to August 13th, 2027.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
