Summer 2027 Intern - Field Sales Management (Tempe, AZ)
As a Summer 2027 Intern in Field Sales Management at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in Tempe, AZ, you will grow channels within the market while achieving sales objectives and ensuring executional excellence. You will represent the company to distributor partners in sales-oriented activities and identify new or emerging competitive trends. This internship may lead to an invitation to participate in our Early Career Leadership Development Program.
Responsibilities
- Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand growth, share growth, brand distribution, and achieve specific volume objectives.
- Contact key personnel in assigned accounts to pre-sell promotions, displays, point-of-sale material, beverage section resets, and service requirements.
- Develop and maintain customer account contacts to increase product availability within assigned market channels.
- Monitor business activities to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Develop action plans to ensure achievement of annual objectives.
Internship Program Elements
- Engage in innovative projects within a challenging, cross-functional team environment.
- Participate in meet-and-greets and lunch-and-learns with KDP executives and organizational leaders.
- Receive professional development training, including networking, skills development, and presentation practice.
- Partner with a mentor to enhance business knowledge and build your professional network.
- Complete a project from start to finish and present findings to your team, department vice president, and other KDP stakeholders.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at an accredited college or university, in your junior year, with an expected graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Eligible majors include Business Administration or another related field.
- Available to work 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
- Geographic mobility is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and act as a self-starter.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Consumer packaged goods or beverage experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a cross-functional environment.
- Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
Schedule
- Full-time; 40 hours per week.
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- In-person at the Tempe, AZ facility.
- Program runs from June 7 – August 13, 2027.
Pay
- $28.00/hour, paid bi-weekly.
- $2,500 sign-on bonus, paid within 30 days of employment.
