Summer 2027 Homebuilding Internship

David Weekley Homes is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Summer 2027 Interns to join the Phoenix Division team. This hands‑on internship offers the opportunity to learn from experienced homebuilding professionals, gain exposure to residential construction, and discover what it takes to deliver an exceptional home‑buying experience.

What You’ll Experience

• Gain firsthand exposure to the entire homebuilding process, from pre‑contract activities through construction, closing, and post‑closing service.
• Learn the day‑to‑day responsibilities of a Builder, including scheduling, quality assurance, safety, cost management, and material control.
• See the David Weekley Way in action and understand the standards that guide how homes are built and customers are served.
• Participate in the warranty process, reviewing service requests and helping address customer questions and concerns.
• Develop an understanding of how exceptional customer service contributes to homeowner satisfaction and overall business success.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a full‑time college program with an interest in pursuing residential construction and/or real estate.
• Able to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Must have housing available in the greater Phoenix area for the duration of the internship.
