About the Role

Happy Egg is seeking a Finance or Accounting intern to join its growing brand in Northwest Arkansas. The 10‑week summer internship runs from May 17 2026 to July 23 2027, offering a full‑time, 40‑hour‑per‑week experience at the company’s headquarters in Rogers, AR.

Responsibilities

• Learn about accounting and accounting information systems.
• Assist in driving automation initiatives, particularly with Power BI.
• Develop real‑time financial models to support business decision‑making.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams on project delivery.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help others with daily tasks and projects.
• Interest in how Finance and Accounting can accelerate business performance and guide decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Self‑starter who can work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Desire to learn Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Genuine interest in process automation.
• Enthusiastic, “Happy” personality that aligns with the company culture.
