The Digital Testing & Optimization team drives strategic initiatives through A/B and multivariate testing to enhance the customer experience across digital platforms. What Will You Do? As a Summer 2027 Digital Testing & Optimization Intern at Southwest Airlines, you will support the Testing workstream through A/B and multivariate testing activities, including building and QAing test variations. You will assist in pulling and organizing test results from testing platforms and Adobe Analytics into standardized readouts while drafting hypotheses based on funnel drop-off points. Additionally, you will support the Optimization workstream by building dashboards in Adobe Analytics Workspace and translating raw data into storytelling formats for stakeholders.
