About the Opportunity:The SUMMER 2027 CORE BANKING INTERN role offers a 10-week internship designed to introduce undergraduate students to core banking operations and strategies. This position allows interns to collaborate with experienced professionals, gaining practical exposure to banking processes, client engagement, and business initiatives. The role contributes to the organization by developing future talent equipped with relevant skills and knowledge to support banking services and community impact. Responsibilities:Participate in workshops, training sessions, and special projects within the internship program.Conduct market research and analyze client needs to recommend tailored banking solutions.Assist with data analytics, due diligence on banking platforms, and document reviews supporting client outreach.Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and team leaders on consumer and business initiatives.Support efforts to enhance user engagement and promote banking services through various channels.Manage priorities, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Requirements:Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field; Rising Senior preferred.Preferred GPA of 3.4.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Strong analytical and creative mindset with eagerness to learn.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.Completion of mandatory compliance training and new employee orientation.
