Suites Supervisor - Superdome

Responsibilities

• Aid in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of staff.
• Directly manage staff and interact with customers.
• Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance within corporate procedures.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality.
• Ensure all cash handling procedures are documented and enforced.
• Interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Conduct physical audits of inventory and products.
• Research and perform reconciliations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, Associate’s degree preferred.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and experience working with a POS system.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Fast-paced problem-solving ability.
• Personable, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Organized and able to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Able to read and maintain information.
• Able to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Able to move fast and act on assigned duties.
• Maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance.
• Able to occasionally lift, carry, and put away parcels weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Finger, hand, and wrist dexterity.
• Follow and encourage adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company’s risk management system (Origami Risk).
