About the role

Levy leverages unbridled creativity, custom strategies, impeccable service, and true love for great food to create unforgettable experiences. This position will oversee daily operations in Suites and ensure the highest levels of service are met during major events. You will be expected to work nights, weekends, and around holidays. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail. Levy offers a collaborative, energetic work environment with plenty of room for growth! Anticipated start date in August!

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily food and beverage operations before, during, and after all events to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Be the expert on menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricing, and communicate this clearly to your team.
  • Ensure all areas are fully set, stocked and prepped for seamless operations, maintaining a high standard of readiness at all times.
  • Foster and maintain a culture of outstanding customer service, resolving any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Take charge of inventory management, minimizing waste while maintaining product quality and value.
  • Oversee marketing materials, ensuring signage is current and engaging to enhance the guest experience.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations, both Levy and State standards, to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and the Levy team, while actively seeking feedback to improve service.
  • Verify and manage opening and closing inventories, ensuring accuracy at all times.
  • Lead the team before, during, and after events providing training, coaching, and retraining as needed.
  • Act as Person In Charge to run events independently.
  • Enforce Levy's company guidelines as per the employee handbook and training manual.
  • Uphold responsible alcohol service policies to promote safety and enjoyment for all guests.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail environments.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and customer service — you thrive in high-energy environments and love creating memorable experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with guests and team members effectively.
  • Valid ServSafe Alcohol Certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Fluent in English.

Pay

Pay Range: $18 to $20
