Sugarloaf Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher

About the role

Kitchen stewards / dishwashers are a key position for all of our resort dining locations. We are currently seeking candidates for full and part-time roles for the coming winter season. Shifts and work locations may vary and could require nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organized at all times.
• Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
• Collect and remove trash and recycling from all areas of the operation.
• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, and other minor equipment following established procedures.
• Clean, sanitize and close workstations.
• Assist in light food preparation as directed by manager or chef on duty.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• No previous experience required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Pay

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $19 to $21 per hour.
