SUD Counselor / Case Manager, Inpatient Program

About the role

Tully Hill Treatment and Recovery is a nationally recognized treatment facility dedicated to helping patients and families live sober, productive, happy lives, free of addiction and its aftermath.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and care in accordance with Tully Hill policies to patients seeking inpatient treatment for substance use disorder.
• Support patients during overnight hours, oversee morning wake-up, facilitate meditation and other patient activities.
• Conduct safety and security rounds of the facility and grounds in accordance with established schedule.
• Ensure patient participation in scheduled activities.
• Provide basic crisis response.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and EMR skills.
• Ensure quality, timeliness and accuracy of documentation to ensure compliance with CARF standards, OASAS regulations, other applicable State and Federal regulations, referral partner and insurance contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Services preferred.
• CASAC-Trainee certification a plus.
• Demonstrable knowledge of substance use disorder and 12-step philosophy preferred.
• CPR certification required upon hire.

Pay

The salary range is $19.00-22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and education/credentials.

Schedule

• Full Time.
• Overnight Shift.
• 10pm – 8am.
• 4 shifts/week (40 hours).
