Requirements
- A.B. or B.S. degree with a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience
- Superb oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Google Suite)
- Experience with multi-tasking in a fast-paced and fast-growing company
- Ability to think strategically, analytically, and proactively about diverse business solutions
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Full-time salaried position
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time
Skills
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise succession planning strategies
- Conduct workforce analyses using demographic, retirement eligibility, attrition, and talent data
- Develop and maintain succession planning frameworks, readiness assessments, competency models, and talent review processes
- Partner with senior leadership to identify high-potential employees, assess leadership readiness, and establish talent pools
- Design and recommend leadership development initiatives
- Develop executive dashboards, analytics, reports, and briefing materials
- Lead stakeholder engagement, governance activities, communications, and program reporting
