ManagementPart-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real specific content. The posting is about Requirements/Qualifications etc. We need to extract headings: maybe "Requirements", "Qualifications", "General Requirements", "Certification", "Eligibility List", "Employee Service Credit", "Health Insurance Plan", "Holidays", "Longevity Pay", "Merit System", "Probationary Period", "Professional Growth", "Retirement", "Shift Differential", "Sick Leave", "Vacation", "Veterans Preference". Also maybe "About the role" not present. We should not repeat job title. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. The posting includes EEO statement; we should remove that. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, legal, etc. Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. We need to keep all substantive info: requirements like DMV print-out, Food Handler's Card, reliability, termination grounds, at-will, Oath of Allegiance, TB exam, fingerprinting, pre-placement physical, proof identity, drug free workplace, drug testing, qualification via training/education/experience and eligibility list, certification process, eligibility list details, employee service credit, health insurance plan, holidays, longevity pay, merit system, probationary period, professional growth, retirement, shift differential, sick leave, vacation, veterans preference. We need to format as sections with headings where appropriate. Some content may be prose; we can put in

. Lists: e.g., requirements list: DMV print-out, Food Handler's Card, reliability, termination grounds, etc. Could be

. We need to decide grouping: maybe "Requirements" section includes DMV print-out, Food Handler's Card, reliability, termination grounds, at-will statement. "General Requirements" includes Oath, TB, fingerprint, physical, identity proof, drug free workplace, drug testing, qualification via training/education/experience, eligibility list requirement. Could be separate. But we must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to avoid repeating same info. Let's parse the text: "Requirements / Qualifications California DMV print-out dated within the last 30 days, will be required upon hire. San Diego County Food Handler's Card required within 6 months of hire. A standard of employment for a substitute warehouse worker is the ability to be reliable in attendance, punctuality, and follow through. Grounds for termination as a substitute warehouse worker include, but are not limited to, two cancellations of previously accepted assignments less than 24 hours prior to the start of the assignment, and/or failure to accept an assignment within a six month period. A substitute employee regardless of whether hired for day-to-day work or long-term temporary assignment - is an "at will" employee with no employment "rights" with the District other than pay for service rendered. For essential physical activities and work environment please refer to the job description." Then "Comments And Other Information GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate must subscribe to an Oath of Allegiance, submit to a general tuberculosis examination, be fingerprinted, complete a pre-placement physical examination, and show proof of their identity and right to work in the United States as conditions of employment. The District has adopted a drug free work place policy. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory results from drug testing. In order to be considered qualified for a vacancy in this classification, an applicant must possess the relevant training, education and experience required, and attain placement on the eligibility list by successfully passing all examination parts pertaining to the classification." Then sections: CERTIFICATION, ELIGIBILITY LIST, EMPLOYEE SERVICE CREDIT, EQUAL EMPLOYMENT/AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PROGRAM (remove), HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN, HOLIDAYS, LONGEVITY PAY, MERIT SYSTEM, PROBATIONARY PERIOD, PROFESSIONAL GROWTH, RETIREMENT, SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL, SICK LEAVE, VACATION, VETERANS PREFERENCE. We need to remove EEO statement. Thus we will produce sections for each of those headings that have substantive content. We need to use

for each heading. We need to decide if we should combine some small sections? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." But we must include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. We have many specific content sections; we could keep them all, but maybe combine related ones like "Benefits" could include Health Insurance, Holidays, Longevity Pay, Sick Leave, Vacation, Retirement, etc. However the instruction says use headings like Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we are not required to use those exact headings; we can use any heading that matches content. The list of possible headings includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we can also use other headings if they appear in posting? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning examples, not limited to those. So we can use headings like Certification, Eligibility List, etc. We need to avoid creating sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:
