Substitute Teachers (Middle and Upper School - ongoing)

About the Role

Packer is seeking professionals with flexible schedules to substitute teach in our Middle and Upper School on an as-needed basis. We actively encourage applications from candidates with broad and diverse backgrounds and from individuals of all races, nationalities, and beliefs.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree
• Experience working with students in grades 5-12
• Availability to be on-call at least 4 days per week
• Ability to take 6 am calls for same-day assignments

Responsibilities

• Possess strong classroom management skills
• Maintain a classroom environment that reflects and promotes the values of the Packer Collegiate community
• Actively and thoughtfully engage in work around identity, anti-racism, and inclusion
