About the role
We are seeking a teacher with a Bachelor's degree to fill a 30-day emergency permit position. A 30-day substitute permit is required to be in the classroom; however, once hired, the District will submit your application to the Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
Responsibilities
- Teach students in various subjects and grade levels
- Adhere to curriculum and instructional standards
- Assist in maintaining a safe and positive learning environment
- Participate in professional development activities
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree
- Completed online application
- Updated resume
- Three recent letters of recommendation
- Copy of teaching credential (if you already have one)
Qualifications
We prefer availability of at least three days per week. Assignments are both full days and half days.
