Substitute Permit Assistance
If you possess a BA or BS from a regionally accredited four-year college or university, or have completed a minimum of 90 semester units of course work from a regionally accredited four-year college or university and are currently enrolled in a regionally accredited four-year California college or university, and have passed a CBEST score or qualifying Basic Skills requirement, we will assist you in applying for your substitute permit.
