Substitute Teachers, $175 full day - Grades 6-12, PACT Charter School, Ramsey, MN

About the role

Substitute Teachers are on an as needed basis. As a professional substitute, you ensure that the quality of education is maintained in the classrooms and time is used productively to further student learning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure classroom activities align with curriculum objectives.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Monitor student behavior and provide appropriate guidance.
• Follow established school policies and procedures.

Requirements

• A valid Minnesota Short Call Substitute or Teaching License is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience working with children preferred but not required.

Skills

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and days.

Benefits

Pay

$175/day. ($23.33/hour)
