About the role
Provide high-quality substitute teaching services at Head Start Wendover. Responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom management, and supporting students' learning needs.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons aligned with Head Start curriculum standards.
- Manage classroom activities and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
- Support students' social-emotional development and academic progress.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure continuity of instruction.
Requirements
- Valid Idaho teaching certificate or equivalent certification.
- Experience working with young children preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
