About the role

We are looking to hire part-time, Inspiring Super Heroes who love to help children learn while having fun! Flexible hours and schedule based on your availability! Join our passionate team to help children THRIVE in a fun environment where we end the day with a good dance party and sing a long. Are you a college student with extra time on hand in-between your daily school schedule? A stay-at-home parent that would love to work a flexible schedule while your kids are at school? A grandparent that wishes it were grandparents’ day EVERYDAY? Or are you looking for a second job that requires no nights, weekends, or holidays? If you answered yes, this unique opportunity is PERFECT for you! In this position, you will be an On-Call substitute floating childcare teacher based on your availability each week, working with all age groups as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Help children learn while having fun
  • Lead activities that end the day with a dance party and sing‑along
  • Work as an On‑Call substitute floating childcare teacher, covering all age groups as needed
  • Adapt to varying schedules based on availability each week

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass all state background checks
  • Enthusiasm to be part of a dedicated, driven, and collaborative team
  • Joy and fun while teaching future leaders
  • Past childcare experience highly preferred

Pay

$13 – $15 per hour, based on education and experience
