Position Information

This is an hourly position that is on demand with competitive pay. Substitutes will be scheduled for all shifts Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:30 am to 6:00 pm or 6:00 am to 6:30 pm. This position reports to the Center Director and has no supervisory responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Ability to travel and cover positions within the district (locations include Ashland, Chester, Colonial Heights, Mechanicsville, Midlothian, and Richmond)
  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students
  • SUPPORT children through learning, play, meals, and rest
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring classroom environment
  • Collaborate with your team to develop creative curriculum ideas
  • Communicate with families daily through mobile apps and personal updates
  • Cover lunch, breaks, and other duties as assigned

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - $18.00 per hour. The pay range listed here is what LLE Group in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
