Substitute Teacher - Bombeck Center

About the role

Provide nurturing care and engaging learning experiences for children from birth through age 5 at the Bombeck Family Learning Center. Replace absent teachers during regular business hours.

Responsibilities

• Care and education of children birth through age 5 years
• Nurturing care and appropriate learning experiences within a team-teaching setting

Requirements

• Previous demonstrated experience working with children and families
• Previous demonstrated experience working with adults in a team setting

Qualifications

• Education and/or certification in Early Childhood Education

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional education or certifications
• Experience with diverse populations
• Experience with technology integration in early childhood education

Benefits

Part-time, less than 1000 hours per year, on call as needed between 7:30am and 6:00pm.

Pay

Salary commensurate with experience.

Schedule

On-call schedule between 7:30am and 6:00pm.
