The Substitute role is an on-call, as-needed position. Opportunities to substitute will vary depending on the absence of a teacher. This is a non-benefit eligible role, with a daily substitute rate of $182.00.
Responsibilities
- Ability to execute a lesson plan that is assigned by the teacher
- Provide clear instruction and assist scholars in understanding a subject matter while maintaining discipline and control of the classroom
- Demonstrate moral focus and personal values to all stakeholders
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with effective classroom management skills, strong leadership, and a passion for educating students.
