Substitute Teacher

About the role

A Seedling Mind is always looking to add flexible substitute guides to our on-call list to provide coverage when teachers are absent. We are seeking reliable and hard working adults to support our students.

Location: Wendell, NC, USA. Position type: Temporary, on‑site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with young children preferred (Montessori experience a plus).
• Fluent in French (speaking and writing) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to Montessori philosophy and practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both children and adults.
• Must clear a full background check and meet state licensing requirements.
