Ball-Chatham School District is seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our Titan Talent as a Substitute Student Supervisor. In this role, you will help create a safe, engaging, and positive environment during outdoor and indoor recess, ensuring students enjoy active play while learning cooperation and social skills.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Attentive Supervision: Actively monitor playground and indoor recess spaces to ensure student safety.
• Fair Guidance: Encouragingly enforce school and playground rules with fairness, kindness, and consistency.
• Clear Communication: Communicate effectively with students, fellow staff, and school leadership.

Compensation & Application Requirements

• Pay Rate: Substitute Student Supervisors earn $15.00 per hour.
• Requirements: Candidates must maintain applicable qualifications, complete and submit the online application, and successfully pass a background check and fingerprinting.
