Substitute Server
About the role
The Food & Beverage team understands the importance of great, mindful people to execute an exquisite affair for our guests. This role requires a hard-working, attentive Server who can support the F&B team and deliver a perfect guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Support the F&B team in executing banquet operations
- Be attentive to the smallest details to enhance the guest experience
Requirements
- Passionate about hospitality and food and beverage
- Previous similar work experience
- Basic knowledge of banquet operations
- Team player and hard worker
- Detail-oriented
- Flexible and willing to work shifts in a 24-hour operation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
