Substitute Paraprofessional

About the role

Individuals are needed as Paraprofessional substitutes for all Pipestone Area Schools locations. This role is suitable for those who wish to work during the day when their children are at school or on weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in the classroom
• Support students with learning and behavioral needs
• Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred
• Knowledge of educational standards and practices

Skills

• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Good physical stamina
