Substitute Maintenance

Qualifications

• Black Seal License (If Necessary)
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and vehicles.
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
• 3 to 5 years experience in a trade listed below

Responsibilities

• Miscellaneous general maintenance and repairs of buildings, equipment and grounds which may include:
• plumbing work
• electrical repairs
• lock repair & installation
• HVAC repairs
• furniture repair
• brush and spray painting
• concrete and masonry work
• landscaping
• equipment design and development

Requirements

Assume such other related responsibilities and duties as may be assigned.

Evaluation

Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the board’s policy on evaluation of non-certified staff.
