Responsibilities

• Adequately prepares for classroom instruction
• Keeps students motivated and interested in the program and ensures students set realistic, attainable goals
• Maintains a high degree of discipline within the classroom
• Accounts for students when they are under your responsibility
• Maintains accurate student records and files
• Adheres to all DOL, Company, Center, and department guidelines
• Adheres to the guidelines determined by outside agencies
• Develops corrective action plans for students with deficiencies
• Monitors statistical data related to GED tests and scores
• Develops instructional plans using TABE diagnostic for students who do not meet requirements
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements
