About the role
EGUSD seeks to fill a position that will contribute to the success of our mission and vision. This position will work closely with teachers, administrators, and other staff to support the academic and professional development of students.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of curriculum and instructional strategies aligned with district goals.
- Assist in the development and delivery of professional development opportunities for teachers.
- Collaborate with teachers to provide feedback and support on lesson plans and classroom management.
- Participate in data analysis to inform instructional decisions and improve student outcomes.
- Conduct observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Engage in ongoing professional growth through participation in workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Requirements
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, and a valid teaching credential. Experience working with diverse student populations and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to equity and inclusion are essential. Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices is also required.
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are required.

Salary range is determined by experience and qualifications, but is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a typical work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
