Substitute Custodian for the School Year

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of the school building and grounds efficiently.
• Maintain mechanical and storage rooms in an orderly and safe condition.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as needed.
• Report hazardous conditions and unusual occurrences threatening health, safety, or security.
• Dispose of trash and garbage following Health Department regulations.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors, including the Principal, Superintendent, or Board of Education.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to perform custodial tasks efficiently and safely.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and safety procedures.
• Attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance.
• Ability to report hazards and unusual incidents promptly.
• Flexibility to perform various duties as assigned.
